Painting with LEDs and a wiimote

And there it is, the liight brush !

Relying heavily on the amazing work done for the digital light wand and the great wiimotelib, the liight brush is a paintbrush for light painting relying on a wiimote.
The idea is quite simple : using a simple strip of 8 RGB LEDs, I detect their position in front of the camera using a wiimote sensor. Based on this, the colors of the LEDs are adjusted in order to correctly “paint” a given picture. This allows for real “painting”. Moving the LEDs around does not require having a correct timing of scanning the area in a specific fashion. You can just move around, and the picture gradually draws itself.
